Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports career at the age of fourteen. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Ladd felt more confident following the win and fought 3 bouts in Ultimate Reno Combat. Her opponents all fell by the start of the round. Then, she returned to WCFC in which she beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen has already beaten Silvia Baeghian as well as Maddy Simmons, before taking on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was defeated by Aspen in a unanimous vote. It left a blemish on her record as an amateur. Ladd recovered from this loss to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen started her professional career in 2015, signing to Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta eleven saw Aspen dominate Ana Carolina Vidal to score a TKO in the first round. Invicta defeated her at bantamweight and was victorious via submission armbar in the 2nd round. Aspen's superior wrestling skill defeated McGill in the first round, and she managed to finish her fight in the third round via TKO (elbows and strikes). Aspen then faced Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. The fight was with Hoy with the catchweight (138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd didn't make weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy to finish her in 2nd round via TKO. As for her final fight for the promotion, she defeated Sijara Eubanks in a an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina through her ground and pound techniques, resulting in a TKO second-round victory. She remained dominant and picked up another victory over Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd won the fight in round one and was awarded the performance of the Night Bonus. Her first major fight in her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd's win was a majority decision, as well as the Fight of the Night award was awarded to both fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak with just 16 seconds. Yana Knitskaya fell in the third at UFC 7 at ESPN. As a replacement, she fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. It was a unanimous decision against her.
